What is it?
The Ohio College Opportunity Grant Program (OCOG) provides need-based
tuition assistance to Ohio students from lower to moderate income families.
This program is a result of the merging of the Part-Time Instructional Grant
and the Ohio instructional grant, with the intent to increase access to
higher education.
How do I apply?
Students apply for OCOG benefits by completing the Free Application for
Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Please keep in mind that student aid programs are intended to supplement the resources of the student and his/her families, and are not a means to pay all of a student's educational expenses. They offer a way to bridge the gap between what the student and family can afford and the cost of attending Akron Institute.
