Graphic Design (BSGrD)


The Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design employs an integrated and coherent approach that prepares students with the necessary academic knowledge and technical competencies required for a wide range of positions in graphic arts. The curriculum is focused on designing and producing work for print, the Web, television, cinema, multimedia, and digital entertainment. On the technical side, students are trained in typography, desktop publishing, color theory, and vector graphics. On the creative side, students take courses in illustration, photography, sculpture, scriptwriting and storyboarding. This is an exciting, comprehensive program that covers state of the art design industry methodologies, as well as cultivates a student's natural creativity into marketable employment skills.
