Herzing University offers three coordinated programs in Healthcare Administration and Healthcare Management. Diploma graduates can seamlessly enter the associate degree program. Associate degree graduates can easily transfer their coursework and skills into the bachelor’s degree program.

In the diploma program, students learn medical terminology and medical billing procedures. They also gain the related computer skills required to be successful. Graduates are prepared to effectively handle the daily responsibilities of an entry-level healthcare office worker in a private practice or public facility setting. Download Program Course Sheet 
This program is designed for students who have previously earned healthcare college credit and wish to finish an associate degree for career advancement. Any student who does not hold 34 semester credit hours in healthcare courses can make up the difference with additional healthcare courses. The associate level degree adds to the foundation learned in the diploma program by including the basic general education requirements needed for greater career opportunity. Download Program Course Sheet 
This program gives graduates the business and management skills that are required for a leadership position in the healthcare field. For greater career flexibility and advancement opportunities, students can specialize in medical coding, medical assisting or medical office administration. Download Program Course Sheet 
This program prepares students with the necessary skills and academic knowledge for entry-level management positions in healthcare management with an emphasis on dental hygiene. It is structured as a “three-plus-one” degree where students who have already completed a typically lengthy associate’s degree in dental hygiene (in the range of 90 semester credit hours) can top off that degree with an advanced management curriculum.
