I know Herzing cares because of consistent contact. Even though class is online, professors keep in touch through email. We have access to their office numbers. There's also a message board online where you can send your professors private emails and they always respond in a timely manner. They can even set you up with an online tutor. The academic support online is amazing at Herzing!
