Graduates of the MBA – Business Management

Upon completion of the Herzing University online MBA degree program, the graduate should be able to:


  • Demonstrate analytical skills in the areas of accounting, finance, economics, marketing, management, leadership, information systems,operations, and strategy.
  • Plan change efforts, negotiate consensus, and act as a leader to solve organizational challenges.
  • Analyze ethical obligations and prepare responses to complex legal and/or ethical situations.

  • Evaluate internal and external information to inform decision making, and present findings in written and/or oral formats to a variety of audiences.

Special Admissions

Students must have a bachelor's degree with a major in business or a related discipline to be admitted to this MBA program. Students without a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline must enroll in the Master of Business Administration in Business Management (MBABM) program.
