The cost of tuition for the Post Master's Certificate in Public Health program is $615 per credit.

Admission prerequisites
The post master’s public health certificate program is open to registered nurses who:
- Live in a state where Herzing University is authorized to offer the PMC-PH programi
- Possess a Master of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited university or college
- Hold a current, active and unrestricted license as a registered nurse in the state in which they live (Note: Holding a multi-state, compact state license and being a resident in a compact license state will be deemed to have met this requirement).

“Public” and “community” nursing are terms often used interchangeably—but they aren’t necessarily the same thing.
Community health nurses typically work directly with individuals, families, and groups to achieve better health outcomes.
