I had already been an LPN for eight years and knew that my BSN was the next step in my career. While looking at a variety of schools, I found that the reception and attention I received from Herzing were unique. With Herzing's Admissions staff, I felt wanted and encouraged, which was refreshing.
While the list of people I would thank at Herzing is miles long, I would like to give a specific shout-out to Jonalyn in Admissions. She was the first person to tell me she believed in me and encouraged me to do the best I could. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from her and all the Herzing staff!
While time management was a challenge, my instructors were there to help me navigate it. They allowed me to slow down when I needed to, and I was able to add classes when I had more time. This was extremely helpful in keeping me on track!
As a grad, I plan on taking my talents on the road and seeing the country through travel nursing. Along the way, I also plan on pursuing my MSN-FNP right here at Herzing!
