Student Affairs at Herzing University
In line with our commitment to student success, the Student Affairs department oversees several services designed to support student success. In addition to overseeing our Student Services and Career Development teams, our Student Affairs team is also dedicated to offering a variety of wraparound support to students. From wellness and counseling resources to basic needs assistance, as well as student satisfaction and our HU Student Council, we are here to help students navigate both their academic journey and life beyond the classroom.
Student Services
As a Herzing student, you will have support every step of the way, including an assigned advisor to provide individualized support throughout your Herzing journey; connections to academic resources; class test-out opportunities to maximize your time and resources; help with time management strategies, including schedule creation; and assistance with requesting disability accommodations.
Student Satisfaction
While student satisfaction is a university-wide initiative, our Student Affairs department administers Student Satisfaction Surveys each semester which provide students with the opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences. This valuable feedback helps us identify areas of improvement and ensures we are meeting the needs of our diverse student body. Students can expect to receive invitations to complete the following Student Satisfaction Surveys on an annual basis during their enrollment at Herzing University.
- Spring Ruffalo Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Survey – March, sent to all students who are enrolled in courses by March 1st
