I was inspired to enroll at Herzing University after my second child was born and I was still working in a factory and earning minimum wage. I wanted to get an education so that I could earn a higher wage and make a better life for myself and my family.
I chose to pursue a business degree because it is transferable to any industry. Herzing’s MBA program provides you with all the tools you need to run or own a successful business.
Herzing also gave me the tools to find a balance between work, school and my personal life. They encouraged me to stay enrolled, helped me with all the financial aspects of getting my education and also worked with me when I needed to reduce my course load or take a break due to life circumstances.
My advice for other students is to take it one week at a time. Don’t get ahead of yourself or allow yourself to fall behind. If you meet every weekly objective and complete all your assigned readings and homework assignments, you will do just fine.
