Emergency Grant Applications
Herzing University will begin awarding Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) of the CARES Act funds to eligible students during the summer semester. The Department of Education informed institutions that emergency grant awards could only be made to students:
Who were not enrolled exclusively in online programs on March 13, 2020; and
Who are or could be eligible for Federal Student Aid under Title IV of the Higher Education Act.
Had eligible expenses that were in direct relation to the disruption of campus operations due to the coronavirus beginning on March 13, 2020
Students must be actively participating in coursework to be eligible for disbursement of emergency funds (i.e. Summer semester attendance is required). Specific award information will be emailed to students via their Herzing student email.
