Nursing Department Chair Michelle Metzger Honored By American Nurses Foundation

Michelle Metzger, nursing department chair at Herzing University’s Kenosha campus, was recently recognized for her extraordinary contributions to healthcare through the Honor A Nurse Program. Sponsored by the American Nurses Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the American Nurses Association (ANA), Honor A Nurse encourages community members to make a donation in tribute to a nurse who has positively impacted the lives of patients and students. All donations are used to support nursing research, scholarships and programs. Metzger will be listed among other recognized honorees on the Honor a Nurse website this month. Congrats, Michelle!
