Herzing University has proudly announced that it has again earned the 2022-2023 Military Friendly® School designation by VIQTORY, publisher of G.I. Jobs® and Military Spouse®. It is Herzing’s second time receiving the recognition, the first coming in 2021.

VIQTORY’s Military Friendly® Schools survey recognizes colleges, universities, and trade schools that support United States’ military service personnel and veterans in their academic and career endeavors and long-term success.

Herzing University Applauds Governor Evers as Heroes for Healthcare Bill Signed into Law

Herzing University joined with local healthcare institutions, veteran-focused organizations, and statewide stakeholders to applaud Governor Tony Evers on Tuesday, March 8, as he signed legislation that would provide a pathway for military medical personnel to use their medical skills and training at community-based residential facilities, residential care apartment complexes, and inpatient and outpatient healthcare facilities.

Herzing University-New Orleans Receives Grant for Workforce Training Services

Herzing University announced on January 27, 2022, that it has received a three-year, $1.5 million federal grant to help improve the education, training and career support services for selected nursing and sterile processing program students in the New Orleans region.

Herzing University students in the Southeast Louisiana region could be eligible for assistance that helps pay for much of their tuition costs.
