Potential tracks for current RNs
We’ve designed pathways for nurses of all educational backgrounds to begin pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a specialization in Nursing Leadership and Administration. No matter where you are now, we can help you chart a course to the terminal degree in nursing.
ASN to BSN to DNP-NLA
Advance to a BSN first, then take the DNP pathway to nursing leadership and administration.

- Program: RN to BSN, BSN to DNP-NLA
ASN to MSN-NLA to DNP
Accelerate to a master’s degree in nursing leadership and administration, then pursue a DNP.

BSN to DNP-NLA
Bachelor’s degree holders may qualify for our BSN to DNP in Nursing Leadership and Administration program.

MSN to DNP-NLA
RNs who hold a master’s degree may be eligible to enroll in the MSN to DNP in Nursing Leadership and Administration program.

Nursing represents an exciting, challenging, and rewarding career path. We’re thrilled you’re already interested in becoming an influential decision-maker at the highest levels in the field. We can help you get there, but you’ll have to start by earning an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing first.
Associate degree
You can choose to earn a 2-year degree and take the fastest path towards becoming an RN. Our Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program is available at multiple campuses, with an online option available in select U.S. states.

Bachelor's degree
Start on the pathway to a bachelor’s degree and expand your nursing education in preparation for the NCLEX-RN exam. Depending on your prior education and experience, you can earn a BSN in around 2-3 years.

Master's degree
Current bachelor’s degree holders may be eligible for our online MSN Direct Entry program and earn the fastest start towards a DNP with the nursing leadership and administration specialization.
