Pathways
Choose your path from a master’s degree in nursing to a career in nursing leadership and administration
Your two main pathways to an education in nursing leadership and administration are the Post Master’s Certificate and MSN to Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs. You can either focus on specialty courses in a certificate program, or enroll in a DNP program to both complete specialty coursework as well as core doctoral-level courses.
