Several courses in Herzing’s MBA curriculum help you prepare for important industry certifications, including:

Once you complete the requisite coursework, Herzing will reimburse the application fees for up to three industry certifications when you submit proof of successfully passing the certification exam. Certifications may provide greater opportunity for employment, but are not a state-specific requirement.

You can earn your Herzing MBA online or in a hybrid format; the choice is yours. The hybrid format combines online coursework with on-campus classes held at our Atlanta campus. The online format lets you study from where you are. Online enrollment is available in most states. Whichever format you choose, you can expect the personalized support Herzing is known for, including academic advising, tutoring, and technical support.

Yes. Herzing University is institutionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (hlcommission.org), an institutional accreditation agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Herzing is a private, nonprofit university.

You can choose from two career-focused MBA options at Herzing University. The leadership-focused Master of Business Administration helps you develop broad business and management knowledge, while the MBA in Business Analytics lets you focus your studies on data and analytics. 

As such, the MBA emphasizes leadership, strategic management, finance, and organizational decision-making, while the MBA in Business Analytics combines business leadership with predictive analytics, AI, machine learning, and data visualization.

Both are 12-month programs you can complete online (or in a hybrid format at our Atlanta campus), and both curricula include coursework on putting AI tools to work in everyday business operations and employee management.

Yes. If you’re a current RN, you can combine your MBA with our online Master of Science in Nursing - Nursing Leadership and Administration (MSN-NLA) through Herzing’s Dual MSN-NLA/MBA pathway. Earning both degrees together is designed to take less time and cost less than pursuing each one separately: a practical step if you’re ready to move toward nursing leadership.
