According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, RNs in Texas earn an average annual salary of $101,420,* and Projections Central projects RN employment in Texas to grow 14.5% from 2024–2034.** Many MSN-prepared nurses also use the degree as a foundation to pursue a Post Master's Certificate in a specialty area or continue toward a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in the future.
