A healthcare MBA applies core business coursework to the day-to-day realities of the healthcare industry, while a traditional MBA covers those same principles across industries in general. Herzing's MBA curriculum is a traditional MBA including coursework on applying AI tools to business operations and employee management, so you can take that business foundation directly into a hospital, clinic or other medical institution.
If you're a registered nurse, you can also choose Herzing's dual MSN-NLA/MBA pathway, which combines nursing leadership coursework with MBA business training and is designed to save you time and cost compared to earning both degrees separately.
