You’ll build skills that bridge business leadership and data science. The STEM-designated curriculum combines core MBA topics: leadership, economics, corporate finance, and project management, with specialized analytics coursework in big data, AI applications, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
Required courses include: Foundations of Business Analytics for Leaders, Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning, Big Data, Cloud, and Visualization, and Marketing Engineering, among others.
You’ll finish with a graduate capstone project, where you apply everything you’ve learned to a real-world project or simulation. Several courses also align with respected industry certifications like the Project Management Professional (PMP) and the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). When you complete the required coursework, Herzing will reimburse the application fees for up to three industry certifications after you submit proof of passing the exam. Certification is not a state requirement for employment.
