Herzing was a well-reputed institution, so I decided to take a chance on their MSN-FNP program. This proved to be a great choice, as it offered the flexibility I needed to keep working while also attending classes.
Getting an online degree proved to be quite a unique challenge, but Herzing’s faculty and staff were always there to help. The program’s structure helped me keep pace and complete my degree on time, and every single course I took provided new knowledge and experience that I know I’ll use in my career.
Having completed this program, my next step is to pursue my DNP. Meanwhile, I'll be putting this degree to use as an FNP - and I've already got the job!
Here’s some advice for future students: stay focused, organized and work closely with your advisors and instructors. They’re there to help, don’t forget it!
