I was looking to further my career and I felt a Bachelor of Science in Business Management would help. I knew that working full-time and going to school would have many challenges, but I also knew that I needed to grow for my family. When I first started classes, I had to forego and sacrifice some personal time and events in order to focus on school, but it was absolutely worth it! I knew that a college education would empower me to enjoy the rest of my life to its fullest.
Attending Herzing helped me complete my four-year degree in half the time a traditional college would have allowed. The business management program was packed full of courses that have helped me tremendously in my current position and I know they will continue to benefit me in future positions. The faculty were all amazing including my advisor, career coach and instructors.
Once I graduate, I plan on continuing my education by earning my graduate degree through Herzing Online.
My advice to other students pursuing a degree in my field is to take the program seriously. It can be easy to get off course when you are depending on yourself for motivation. Find a support group and most importantly, focus on the outcomes of earning your degree! It’s all worth it.
