My mother earned all of her degrees at Herzing and is the person who inspired me to go back to school and continue my education here. I've always had a passion and desire to work in the healthcare field, and her achievements inspired me to go in this direction.
While earning my degree, a challenge that I faced was being overwhelmed with my courses. I overcame this by staying positive and motivated throughout the journey. My instructors and advisors were major sources of help during these times, and I want to thank them for their assistance.
Herzing helped me complete my studies by providing enough time to finish coursework without feeling like I was rushed. All my courses were valuable experiences when preparing me for my chosen career, and I can’t wait to use what I learned!
Once I graduate, I plan on finding an occupation within my profession that will lead me to success in the future. Some advice that I have for other students who are pursuing a degree is to stay focused, motivated and never give up on their goals. It will all be worth it.
