When I first decided to go back to school, I researched online schools and saw that Herzing University had great reviews. I completed my associate degree and bachelor’s degree at Herzing, and decided to return for my Master’s in Business Administration.
Herzing provided me with the tools necessary to further my career, as well as the motivation to venture into different aspects of business and business management. All of my professors were stellar. My courses helped me build on the skills that I already had as well as develop new skills that are relevant for today’s workforce.
Herzing’s business programs provide students with the competencies required to be successful both in entrepreneurship and management roles. My human resources courses also helped me better understand the role that HR plays in business growth. I began to look into what my current employer was doing regarding benefits, raises, time off, etc. and I learned the reasons behind each decision that they make.
I really enjoyed my time at Herzing, and I am now exploring management careers and positions with my current employer. Thank you, Herzing for helping me advance my career.
