Whether utilizing the Federal Title IV Program by completing the U.S. Department of Education’s Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or using alternative fund sources such as outside grants and scholarships, military benefits, tuition assistance or alternative lending, your Financial Aid Advisor will discuss your personal options with you to make sure that we can get the best option available to you.

Stipends are released no later than 14 days after a credit appears on your student account if eligible. You may refer to your offer notification email for the semester amount you are eligible to receive.

Students may voluntarily withdraw from a course at any time by notifying the Academic Dean, Student Service Advisor or Registrar. If the withdrawal from the course happens before posting attendance, there will be no charge. If attendance is posted, withdrawal from a course does not get a tuition reduction and will be charged in full.

Tuition and Fee billing begins 10 days after the semester starts. If the 10th day falls on a weekend, the charges will get billed during the following week.

Use the drop-down menu next to “Course” to select the appropriate course number, then click “Add to My Course List”.
When complete – click “Review My Materials” to view and either select or decline all items attached to that course.

Yes! Books are included as part of the Learner Resource Fee.

The responsibility for any balance on your account is the student's. Your Financial Aid Advisor will discuss all possible payment options, including cash or credit card, employer tuition reimbursement, military benefits, or scholarships.

You can see all charges to your student account through the Student Resources Portal. Follow these steps to get there:
1- Click on "Student Records"
2- On the left-hand side, click on "Student Accounts"
3- Click on "Account Information"
4- Find "Account Details" to see your account information.
Make sure that your selected enrollment is set to "All."

The program fee covers expenses unique to each program, covering anything from programs needed to complete courses to certification exams.
