
Herzing University’s Madison campus held its commencement ceremony to honor spring 2017 graduates on June 23. Michael Johnson, president and CEO of the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County, delivered the commencement address, and Herzing graduate Kaojoua Yang served as student speaker. Yang is a first-generation American student and a graduate of Herzing’s MBA program for accounting and business management. Previously, she completed her bachelor’s degree in accounting at Herzing. During her first year in Herzing’s MBA program, Yang was offered a position as a junior financial analyst at Spectrum Brands, a Madison-based global consumer products company.
