Herzing University-Kenosha is proud to partner with the Greater Union Grove (WI) Area Chamber of Commerce to offer a 50-percent tuition reduction scholarship for members or employees of members who demonstrate positive character, leadership skills and community involvement.
Jamie Peterson is this year’s deserving scholarship recipient. She is currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at Herzing’s Kenosha campus and expects to graduate next summer.
“Becoming a nurse has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember,” said Peterson, who works as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. “The day I graduate from the nursing program is going to be an amazing day of accomplishment.”
