Herzing University today announced it is partnering with the National Association of Hispanic Nurses to help Hispanic nurses advance their careers and improve the health of their communities.
Local business and government leaders celebrated the opening of the new Herzing University-Brookfield campus at a ribbon-cutting and open house event on Oct. 10.
The building at Brookfield Square was completely renovated over the summer and students were welcomed to the new campus in September. The 23,000-square-foot building at 15895 West Bluemound Road features upgraded classrooms, expanded nursing simulation labs and a larger physical therapy assisting clinic.
Herzing University-Brookfield held a commencement ceremony for 2019 graduates on Sept. 21 at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield, Wisconsin. More than 50 students graduated from Herzing’s healthcare, nursing, public safety, legal studies and technology programs.
U.S. Senator Ronald Johnson delivered the commencement address, offering words of encouragement for the new graduates.
